Adele has shared another hilarious picture of her workout routine

Adele has shared a funny picture of herself in the gym.
The 28-year-old singer - who previously posted an image of
herself looking distraught in the gym ahead of her world tour -
took to Instagram to post a picture where she is lifting
dumbbells with her trainer and not looking too happy about it.
She simply added the caption "Toronto, ON / Oct 4 (sic)".
Adele previously admitted that getting in shape for
her tour led her to develop a shopping addiction.
She said: "I was trying to get some stamina for my tour,
so I lost a bit of weight. Now I fit into normal, off-the-
shelf clothes--which is a really big problem for me as I'm obsessed with shopping!
